European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology (EULAR)

EULAR was using a colorful software landscape. Depending on the functional area, some applications required manual data transfer, which was not very effective. To minimize the administrative effort and centralize all data, EULAR set out to find a fully integrated software solution. A special focus was placed on the functional areas of CRM, Membership, Congress, e-Learning and Government (exchange with government institutions).

The collaboration resulted in the successive expansion and consolidation of all functional areas in Odoo. OBS Solutions began by implementing the website and membership areas, which went live after just 6 months. The functions in these areas were significantly expanded in Odoo, improving the customer process. Since the membership app from Odoo was not sufficient in its functions and possibilities, OBS Solutions developed a membership app for EULAR, which offers the necessary clear consolidation of all customer data and membership status.
