Prior to working with OBS Solutions, Bon Vita was using two pharmacy systems, which they were looking to replace with a centralized all-in-one system. Bon Vita was looking for a multinational solution for their pharmacy system. Odoo won over other software solutions, including Microsoft and Abacus.

The customer initially attempted to implement their Odoo software on their own but had issues during the implementation. So they called on OBS Solutions as the Odoo expert to manage the implementation.

The implementation at the China location was completed very quickly. This location was the first to use the new software. Their German locations followed promptly.

Odoo was implemented as a fully comprehensive business software with interfaces to existing pharmacy systems. The core modules are purchasing, sales, inventory and contacts. The interface to the pharmacy wholesale system is also a central component of the new system at Bon Vita.

Other customizations include ensuring the independence of the multinational locations, which affects pricing, among other things, and including additional interfaces.
