Swiss Center for Design and Health turned to OBS Solutions after the company was founded because they needed support in implementing Odoo. Until the implementation, they were using Microsoft Office applications. They knew Odoo as the software of choice and, following the project manager’s previous experience, chose OBS Solutions as the implementation partner. Due to the legal requirements of the Swiss government, the software provider had to follow many guidelines in order to set up the system correctly. Since Microsoft applications have been used so far, OBS Solutions started by requesting interfaces to these Microsoft applications.

Swiss Center for Design and Health initially used Microsoft365 applications, but they migrated to Odoo after they experienced issues with the Microsoft365 server structure. The Odoo software was implemented in phases, with the first phase completed after 2 months. This allowed Swiss Center for Design and Health to start working with a subsystem while the other phases were being implemented. The core system included CRM, project, purchasing and maintenance functions. Swiss Center for Design and Health uses Odoo Studio to make independent adjustments to their software with great support from OBS Solutions. OBS Solutions also mapped Swiss Center for Design and Health’s special server structure in the backend. With the support of OBS Solutions, they have successfully upgraded from Odoo V14 to Odoo V15.
