Pulsar AV

Pulsar AV discovered OBS Solutions at an Odoo roadshow in Düsseldorf, Germany, and contacted us directly. Before switching to Odoo, they used Nexware and Office applications. They choose Odoo as their preferred software and OBS Solutions as their preferred implementer from the start.

Pulsar AV independently went live with Odoo after a collaborative workshop with OBS Solutions. They took responsibility for creating orders, invoices, and delivery bills, among other things. The core system included sales, inventory and accounting. After the go-live was complete, Pulsar AV contacted OBS Solutions for any queries. After conducting independent research, Pulsar AV sought advice from OBS Solutions and had us install a password manager module. OBS Solutions is working with Pulsar AV as a trusted software expert for any queries. However, as the customer has familiarized themselves with Odoo and is confident in configuring and programming it, OBS Solutions remains in the background. Pulsar AV has plans for further adaptations of the software in the future.
