stellen-anzeiger's Odoo system includes the CRM, sales, accounting and website modules. After a detailed analysis of the software, both parties quickly decided that the Odoo Studio programming should be hard-coded again to reduce errors and make the system less error-prone. OBS Solutions solved the core problems within 2-4 weeks of the partnership, while the all-encompassing, step-by-step optimization of the software took about a year. OBS Solutions also added legal-local-specific report customizations to the project in addition to the redesign of their system. stellen-anzeiger continues to use Odoo in combination with content management systems developed in-house.
The day-to-day handling of the software in sales has improved significantly, as views have been adapted exactly to stellen-anzeiger's work processes. They benefit especially from the new view and configuration options in their master data. Accounting has been clearly simplified with an interface to Abacus (Swiss ERP software). The optimized system convinces stellen-anzeiger all along the line: Odoo Studio is no longer used and programming requests were confidently handed over to OBS Solutions.
