DOVO wanted a fully integrated business software to optimize their business operations.

Solution

OBS Solutions successfully implemented the sales and accounting modules, while Inventory and manufacturing will be added in the future. Connecting Amazon with their own web store via a community app turned out to be time-consuming and expensive. Therefore, DOVO hired an external programmer to customize the community app.

Business Benefits

Despite investing a huge amount of effort and directly communicating with the developers, the community interfaces could not be set up optimally. As a result, our collaboration with DOVO has come to an end. However, the honest feedback discussions we had with DOVO were beneficial for both parties, allowing us to identify and eliminate weaknesses and optimize project management.
