Challenge

Quiter Wohnen was using Immocloud, but the software lacked the flexibility the business needed. Management functions were limited and there were no options for appropriate marketing. They had tried several software products before choosing Odoo and contacting OBS Solutions. Odoo was chosen particularly because of the high flexibility the software offers as a fully integrated, out-of-the-box solution. As a regional implementer, OBS Solutions was chosen as the partner of choice from the very beginning of the project. Before implementation, Quiter Wohnen requested that interfaces to banking systems be added, which we did.

Solution

After only 2 weeks, the fully integrated software solution was up and running. At its core, it consisted of website, administration, marketing, ticket system, accounting, document management, CRM and online appointment scheduling modules.

Business Benefits

Quiter Wohnen is very happy with their fully integrated solution, which additionally offers interfaces to all banking systems. The customer particularly enjoys the ability to export data at any time and the ability to fully map the rental process.

The cooperation with OBS Solutions is regular and, due to in-depth software knowledge on both sides, particularly precise and clear in communication. Quiter Wohnen is competent in configuring the software and makes minor adjustments independently, while OBS Solutions takes over the consulting and programming for larger adjustments after research by the customer.
