Marie Theres Wurm - Head of Consulting
"As a head of consulting at OBS I am mainly responsible for all management related topics within the projects and to support my teammates in their operative work and help them growing.
Before starting at OBS, I was working as an office manager in the craft industry and as a working student in the automotive industry. In both jobs I was mainly responsible for optimizing the processes.
Besides work, I’m very interested in football. Although I am not playing active anymore, I like watching my friends playing.
At OBS I like to see my team members grow beyond themselves every day. It is also nice to see how OBS helps the customers to improve their business workflows. We all grow together."

"Before joining OBS, I worked as a consultant in organizational development, so I understand just how impactful the digital processes of an ERP system can be on daily operations.
At OBS, I’m involved in a wide variety of projects, each with its own unique requirements. As a result, I haven’t specialized in a particular area yet. In some projects, the focus is on warehouse management, in others, the webshop takes center stage, or the client may have a highly complex sales process.
This variety can be challenging at times, but it’s also what I enjoy most about my work. I love diving into new processes, learning something new every day, gaining exciting insights, and never having a dull moment."


Lennart Zimmermann - Technical Consultant
"As a Technical Consultant at OBS, I am responsible for providing and continuously developing our customers' server infrastructure—both on-premise and for our in-house Odoo hosting solution, which I have actively shaped from the very first bit.
Before joining OBS, I gained extensive experience as a system administrator in mid-sized manufacturing companies, focusing on software delivery management.
Outside of work, I am passionate about carnival dance and playing American football.
What I appreciate most about OBS is the freedom to creatively enhance our products, as well as the friendly yet professional collaboration within the team. "

"At OBS, I am responsible for everything concerning sales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Before starting at OBS, I was working at different positions e.g. as a sales assistant for consumer goods, as a commercial manager or head of organization and administration.
Besides work, I like riding my bike, walking my dog or spending time with the horses and my family.

"At OBS, I am primarily responsible for HR and Partner Management. I support our employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle—from the initial application contact to offboarding. What I value most is working with people and the opportunity to learn something new every day.
As a Partner Manager, I oversee the BOP Alliance, the network of the world’s leading Odoo partners, and contribute to marketing, strategy, and organizational efforts. I particularly enjoy engaging with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures."

"As the team admin and executive assistant at OBS, I am responsible for the entire office organization, from purchasing and managing office supplies to maintaining the Biggeschlösschen. I organize events, book business trips, and serve as a direct point of contact for the entire OBS Group, always providing solutions with an open ear.
Thanks to my training as a travel agent and my career change, I’ve been able to leverage my previous knowledge, life experience, and ideas effectively. Max Vandeputte - Business Accelerator
"At OBS, I am responsible for the Belgian OBS office. My day to day activities include understanding customer needs and translating them into Odoo processes, following up with clients, setting up Odoo Databases and talking to potential new customers.
Before starting at OBS, I was working at Odoo in Belgium as an accountmanager. In this position, I got an overview of the various partners and decided to open an office with OBS in Belgium, as I was very impressed by the way the projects were carried out at OBS.
Besides work, I love to cook and enjoy good weather.
