Tool Temp Spain initially partnered with another provider for the implementation of Odoo to support their international expansion. However, the existing setup failed to meet the requirements of a multinational company. Numerous unnecessary modules were integrated, and the implementation was not designed to scale internationally. As a result, the system landscape became cluttered, lacking clear responsibilities and roles. This inefficient structure hindered the company’s ability to operate effectively on a global scale. Due to these challenges, Tool Temp decided to switch to OBS Solutions as their new partner.

OBS Solutions upgraded the system from Odoo 16 to version 18, completely redesigning it. The focus was on removing unnecessary modules and developing an efficient, well-structured solution that catered to the needs of a multinational company. The main office in Switzerland, already the central hub, continued to serve as the planning center for all international locations. It coordinates the optimizations and ensures the new standards are implemented globally. The rollout will occur in phases, starting in January 2025 in Germany, followed by Dubai, Singapore, and Spain in March.
