Seccua independently implemented Odoo and approached OBS Solutions for support. At the beginning of the collaboration, the focus was on customizing the Odoo software to Seccua’s business processes.

Seccua started the project with only the Sales and CRM modules. However, it was clear at the beginning of the collaboration that, with OBS Solutions’ support, other functions would be added gradually so that Seccua could use Odoo as a fully integrated business software. Adaptations were made among other areas in sales and manufacturing, and OBS Solutions also developed a dedicated app for collecting measurement data for Seccua. Due to changes in the internal structure and staff at Seccua, the focus of the collaboration later shifted to training new employees in the system. During this phase, adjustments that were previously made were critically reviewed again and scrutinized for their current functionality with the new employees and, where necessary, scaled back in order to achieve a leaner, more user-friendly system.
